Telephone Billing moves to
C&IT Business Office

In a continuing effort to improve services to our customers, Computing & Information Technology (C&IT) has consolidated telephone billing services and computer project account administration into an expanded Billing Services unit of C&IT’s Business Office.

Wayne State employees now can call the C&IT Billing Services unit (as indicated below) with questions about their telephone bills and about central/shared computer project accounts or IDs.

Debra Henrichs, C&IT’s Business Manager, said she was fortunate to bring Cathy Whitaker on board as the new manager of the expanded Billing Services unit. From 1990 through 1994, Whitaker was responsible for telephone billing when she worked for what was then C&IT’s University Telecommunications department. The current staff of C&IT’s Billing Services unit are pictured from left to right: Polly Talison, Cathy Whitaker, Cheryl Paesano, and Dawn Williamson.

Still located in Room 101 Computing Center Building at 5925 Woodward Avenue (north of 1-94), C&IT’s Billing Services unit provides the following services covering telephone billing and the administration of C&IT computer project accounts for central/shared computer resources:
