How the overall rating is caluclated using the weighted objectives

Below is an example of how the weighting formula would work using our character Biz E. Bee. Click here to see the example of her completed form. 

  • Performance Objective 1 was weighted 30% and received a Objectives Met (OM) rating
  • Performance Objective 2 was weighted 20% and received a Objectives Not Met (ONM) rating
  • Performance Objective 3 was weighted 15% and received a Objectives Met (OM) rating 
  • Performance Objective 4 was weighted 10% and received a Objectives Met (OM) rating

 

  • Development Objective 1 was weighted 15% and received a Objectives Met (OM) rating
  • Development Objective 2 was weighted 5% and received a Objectives Met (OM rating
  • Development Objective 3 was weighted 5% and received a Objectives Met (OM) rating
