Phase Two - Mid-Year Progress Review

Part A: Performance Objective Plan (POP) & Assessment

Employee starts the process
  • Prepare a status of your performance objectives and submit to your supervisor.
Supervisor
  • Assess employee’s performance year-to-date as compared with agreed upon objectives. This is the time to modify objectives, as business needs dictate
  • Document in the Mid Year Progress Review status portion of the form any changes to the original objective
  • Document in the status portion of the form any changes to the weightings, stating what the weight was originally and what it has been changed to...the weightings will have to be updated as the are used to calculate the overall rating
 

Part C: Employee Development Plan (EDP) & Assessment

 
Employee
  • Prepare a list of achievements regarding your development plan objectives and submit to your supervisor

Supervisor
  • Assess employee’s performance year-to-date as compared with agreed upon EDP
  • Document in the Mid Year Progress Review status portion of the form any changes to the original objective
  • Document in the status portion of the form any changes to the weightings, stating what the weight was originally and what it has been changed to...the weightings will have to be updated as they are used to calculate the overall rating
