The Employment Service Center is dedicated to serving all WSU schools, colleges, divisions, faculty and staff needs related to general Human Resource services. HR Consulting, in the areas of recruiting and on-boarding, performance management, and exiting is at the core of what we do. We also support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies and business processes, HR transactions (EPAF) and FMLA.
Our office is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations through the management of employee records utilizing HR systems such as Banner HRMS, Electronic HR Document Management, the Online Hiring System and I-9 eXpress®. We are committed to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes and providing excellent service to all of our customers.
