The Michigan Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (MADSP) is a group committed to supporting individuals who provide direct services to people with disabilities.

Our Mission:
The Michigan Alliance of Direct Support Professionals is a network of people committed to strengthening the quality of human services by empowering ourselves to increase our own dignity and respect.

Our Goal:
Our Primary Goal is to enhance the status of direct support professionals in Michigan by pursuing the following aims:

Aim 1: 
Advocate for increased wages, benefits, retirement plan and job security 

Aim 2:
Access to quality education and training

Aim 3:
Provide community outreach and awareness about issues important to direct support professionals and the MADSP
